I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and EBS for developing Keep In Touch. As you know, we have been using KIT for some time now. Every month I send out thank-you cards to our clients and this month…I asked for a referral in the card. We have been getting great feedback from our clients on how much they love and appreciate the cards. This morning, Chris got an email from a client we’ve had for several years now and she has referred us to their corporate office in Columbus, OH. That phone call to Columbus has lead to the opportunity to earn their business at all the locations in the country. When Chris called to thank our client for the referral…she said, “I loved the card I got this month and asking for a referral in the card prompted me to pass along your information to corporate” “We’ve always had great service from you company and I know that our other locations are spending more than they need to be.” Before KIT came along, we had no plan in place to regularly thank our customers, no plan in place to regularly market to our customers on a very personal level…KIT has opened the doors to all of that and I want to thank you! We have just brought on 3 contracted sales reps and I have told them all about KIT and the great opportunity it provides in helping them grow and KEEP their client base. As these reps grow their respective territories, I know I can count on the power of KIT to be yet another “face” in the branding and success of our company.
