I had a client tell me that when she received my letter, card, or newsletter, it reminded her that Xerox was looking out for them and looking after their best interests. Your service helps build trust with my clients because of two things: 1) the content of the items is truthful and honest, and 2) the monthly cadence also reminds them that even if I have not seen them that month, I am still working for them behind the scenes.
