With the ongoing development in the Internet, email marketing has become one of the hottest marketing resources available for small, medium, and large businesses all over the world. Navigating within Keep-InTouch® is easy and seamless. You will notice that the screen is divided in to three main sections:
Top Banner. It’s the top bar right underneath the Explorer’s menus. It displays our Keep-InTouch® logo, and the Logout link.
Main Menu. This is a set of tabs located along the left side of your application. This is the main navigation tool where you can move between sections and folders by clicking and expanding the tabs and sub folders. Expanding the tabs will make a scroll on the right of the menu active so you can always see the lower sections.
Working Space. Once you click on a section or select a folder from the main menu, it will display on the largest part of the explorer window. A title bar on top always let you know where you are:
Toolbar. Every section has a blue bar on top with the buttons and actions that help you interact with the items on that section.
Section’s Dashboards. Now every section within KIT has been equipped with their own, very useful, dashboard. This dashboards contain information relevant to only that section, as well as quick statistics and links that will help you take advantage of the full force of your application. The dashboards will always welcome you to each module, but you can click on the main menu’s tabs to return to them at anytime.
The Keep-InTouch® dashboard is the place where you can see what’s going on with your system all in a single place. This screen summarizes the activities of the most popular modules in KIT and gives you quick access to them. This section is your welcome screen every time you log in to your account but you can always reach it by clicking the Home tab on the main menu. Let’s walk through the different sections and functionalities in the dashboard.

Create a Document – Create an email and save it to your KIT Library for future use.
Send Direct Mail - Create an email that will be delivered immediately when you hit the send button!
Add Contact – Adding new contacts to your database.
Create an Email campaign- Looking to set up a series of email that will go out on specific dates? Preset your Email Marketing with -Plans.
Create an Action Plan - When it’s time to set up your own reminders to follow up, call, or email your contacts, Action Plans are a unique CRM feature to keep you in “Account Management” mode.
Add Image to your Library: Upload an Image to your Keep-InTouch (KIT) Library to use in your Email and Direct Mail Marketing.
Today in your Contacts: A quick view of what’s happening with your Contacts today including birthdays and anniversaries.
