Getting Your Calendar Communications Running

Posted, May 29, 2009

The Calendar… It defines our work days, our meeting cycles, and our ability to sleep!
Do you have your communication plan mapped out to keep you on track?

E-plans are part of a long-term communication plan that include E-Newsletters, Holiday Touches and scheduled calender events. Setting calender events for personal reminders and important dates that happen on a recurring cycle are crucial relationship builders to any marketing and sales plan.

Here is an example of a holiday Eplan (by the way you can have multiple Eplans since the content is commonly unrelated)

Holiday,

Jan 1 Happy New Years

Feb 14 Don’t forget to get your significant other something for Valentines’ Day

March St Patrick’s Day

April Easter

and so on…..

Every month Network Marketers have 2 important days of the month. The 15 and the 30, two emails scheduled to go out on those days every month, means not forgetting to do the calls or sent the emails. Simply set them and go.

Combine that with a Monthly newsletter and your set to go.

It’s not “Who You Know”. It’s “Who They Know”

That causes your business to Grow!

Keeping in front of your clients every week creates Top Of Mind Awareness. “TOMA” as it is referred to, is the access to recall something almost immediately. It is the quality of the impression you can provide others. It isn’t about how many times you can remind someone of your products and services, but more importantly, the Impact Of Your Message.

Create an E-plan using the templates in the Keep-InTouch system creates real impact. For people who have a website that can be edited, I always recommend that the E-plans direct your clients and prospects to go to your website to Learn More. This also drives more traffic to your web site for organic search engine rankings.

Use the Template to share ideas, current events, trends, and product knowledge. Always have a link to your site for purchase and ask that they forward on your E-newsletter to others.

Discover the Secret to Trade Show Success

Posted, May 29, 2009

Both Attendees AND Exhibitors can experience success when they attend a trade show. With so many like-minded people in one place, at one time, success usually comes from:

1. Creating the lasting impression when making the introduction.
2. Staying connected and following through on commitments and promise to build relationship quality.
3. Always ask for referrals and offer a helping hand to your contacts to create a mutual benefit.

This 3 Step Process can make the difference between success and failure.

The system is to empower you to provide 3 key elements to your business

1 Prospecting clients and growing your network
2 Educating your team and retail buyers
3 Enhancing your presence as a wellness and beauty resource

ACTION PLANS

Post Party has 3 letters in the plan to thank people for coming to your party and remind them they can do more than just order = building your business builder network.

Prospecting for Success is to support you when you drop off a sample pack to someone, simply go home and enter their name to send them the follow up emails.

GROUPING YOUR DATABASE

You may only need 3 groups.

1 Wholesale Buyers

2 Retailers

3 Business Builders.

Wholesale buyers and Retailers get your holiday emails as well as your newsletters, while your Business Builders get the managers reminders.

E PLANS

Manager Reminder is scheduled on the 15th and the 29th of every month to remind your team to move toward the goal and place the $100 orders.

Holidays: is there to encourage you to send a note to reconnect, and suggest an appropriate product purchase. Hyperlink them to your store.

Documents

USE THE Direct Mail FEATURE FOR THE GAS CARD CAMPAIGN

I suggest you add the letter “Gas Card Party Invite and the Thank you for Booking into your E_blast (call me to ask what that is) and add the documents Memory Jogger to it. This way when you have a party, all you have to do is send the same email with all the docs already attatched.
